In 1999, Mrs. Bashae’r earned a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Kuwait University. Following her graduation, she spent 8 years at the Industrial & Financial Investment Company as an Investment analyst & gradually to Operation Manager. In 2007, she transitioned to Masssaleh Investment Company, where she held various roles, including operations manager, human resources manager and compliance officer. During 2016, Mrs. Bashae’r served as the Deputy Manager of Human Resources at Kuwait Livestock & Trading & Transporting Company. She returned to Massaleh Investments Company in 2017, assuming the position of Assistant CEO. In 2018, she held the Head of Compliance position. In April 2023, she joined First Brokerage Securities Company, taking on the role of Head of Compliance.
